Local Japonisme in a Global Context: The Catalan Case

An international symposium entitled Japonisme in Global and Local Context will be held next March 2nd and 3rd in Budapest, Hungary (Castle Garden Bazaar, Palace of the Guards). I will participate as a keynote speaker, invited to hold a lecture on Catalan Japonisme: Local Japonisme in a Global Context: The Catalan Case. Interesting lectures will explore Japonisme in Poland, Hungary, Ukrania, Russia, Romania, Czech Republic, Austria, Norway, France, Italy, England and America. See the complete program here.
